All our products are custom-made digital videos created based on the information provided by the customer. Once an order has been placed and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Delivery times may vary depending on the selected option (standard or express). We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details (name, age, message, etc.) are correct before submitting the order.

Because our products are digital and personalized, all sales are final. However, if there is an error on our side, we will correct it or remake the video at no extra cost.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates our guidelines or contains inappropriate content.
