what if the name is mispronounced?


ust send us an email and we’ll fix it for free — no questions asked. To avoid this, please use the Pronunciation field in the form and write how the name is pronounced, for example: Emma (Eh-ma), Lucas (Loo-kas).

what is your refund policy?



We create each video as a custom-made product, so we’re unable to offer refunds once the order has been delivered. However, if there is any mistake on our side — such as an incorrect name, age, or details — we will gladly correct it or remake the video at no additional cost.
