what if the name is mispronounced?

what is your refund policy?



We create each video as a custom-made product, so we’re unable to offer refunds once the order has been delivered. However, if there is any mistake on our side — such as an incorrect name, age, or details — we will gladly correct it or remake the video at no additional cost.



is my child's photo safe?


Any photo you upload is used strictly for creating your personalized video and is permanently deleted within 3 days after delivery. We do not share or publish your child’s video anywhere without your explicit permission.
